By using osbykk.app, you agree to the following terms as a member or guardian of Osby Konståkningsklubb.

1Membership & Registration

Guardians must provide accurate information for themselves and the minors they represent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and notifying us of any unauthorized use.

2Code of Conduct

This application is a tool for club development and safety. Any attempt to bypass security, access data you are not authorized to see, or disrupt the service will result in immediate termination of access and potential membership review.

3Communication

By registering, you agree to receive essential club communications via email (session changes, safety alerts, billing). These are necessary for the fulfillment of our service to you. You can opt-out of non-essential newsletters at any time.

4Liability

While we strive for 100% uptime, OKK is not liable for technical errors that may result in temporary loss of access to check-in or training records. We provide the service on an "as-is" basis.

5Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from the use of this service will be handled in the appropriate Swedish court.
